Is 1000 mg safe?

For most healthy people:

• ✔ Safe daily upper limit is around 2000 mg/day
• ✔ 1000 mg is within safe range
• ❗ But it is a high dose, not always necessary every day

 Possible side effects (if taken too much or on empty stomach)

• Stomach upset / acidity
• Diarrhea or loose stool
• Nausea
• Rare: increased risk of kidney stones in some people if used long-term in high doses

 How to take it

• Best: after food (reduces stomach irritation)
• Drink plenty of water
