Return Policy
CUSTOMER COMPLAINTS / GOODS RETURN POLICY
Product(s) purchased from our e-commerce site should be examined physically at the time of delivery in the presence of the rider. If there’s any issue with the product(s), it should be handed over to the rider at the same time and the relevant merchant should be informed for further action.
You are also kindly advised to log a complaint to one of the following contact numbers and obtain an ID number for your complaint for follow-up:

In case of a pack/product damage.

Change of formulation will be accepted where the appearance has unusually changed or if there’s a bad odour.

Insufficient product shelf life – short expiry.

In an incident of an allergic reaction (T&C apply).

It is understood that some products may not agree with your skin type. You are kindly requested to consider your skin type and consult one of our agents if unsure. Always follow the product instructions on the package, especially if it is a first-time use.

Delivery charges for returns will not be borne by AmericanBeauty.

Customers should report complaints via hotline or to the relevant merchant, who will then inform our Customer Care Department for further handling.

If replacement stock is unavailable, a fund transfer will be arranged upon agreement with the customer.

For electronic grooming products, the warranty card must be submitted to claim warranty.
